What this version reads

When you click Load sold spots or Capture visible, it reads rendered sold-item information from the Whatnot page: item titles, displayed buyer usernames, displayed sale prices, and item identifiers where available. It reads the current show ID from the URL. When you set up chat, it retains a reference to the chat input for that page and checks its draft before a send action so it does not overwrite existing text.

What it stores

Captured rows, show identifiers, break filters, expected spot counts, save timestamps, and panel position are stored locally in Chrome's extension storage for that browser profile. The chat-input reference lasts only within the current page and is reset on show changes. Captured records are not uploaded to the publisher. This version has no analytics, advertising, remote licensing, or publisher-operated server.

What it sends

Clicking Send to chat deliberately fills a buyer username or a GREAT HIT message containing @username and attempts to submit it to the current Whatnot stream through the site's own chat input. That username is then handled by Whatnot and may be visible to stream participants under Whatnot's rules. No chat message is sent automatically during capture, search, or setup. You remain responsible for selecting the correct chat input and confirming delivery.

Exports

Export CSV creates a local download with the selected captured purchase data. Copies you share are outside the extension's control. Keep exported buyer data only as needed for your use.

Permissions

The extension requests Chrome storage access and declares content scripts for https://whatnot.com/* and https://www.whatnot.com/*. The interface is active on livestream paths. It does not request cookies, passwords, browsing history, or access to unrelated sites. The code does not read passwords or payment-card information.

Retention and removal

Show caches remain until cleared or the extension is removed. Clear show cache deletes the selected show's local captured rows. Uninstalling removes the extension's local storage through Chrome's normal behavior. Uninstalling does not delete CSV downloads or chat messages already submitted to Whatnot; those must be managed separately. The extension does not automatically delete old show caches.

Third parties and updates

Whatnot's own privacy practices continue to apply to its website. This notice describes the included version; review new releases for changes. If distributed through a browser store later, the store's own download and account practices also apply.

Contact Guppys through the person or channel that supplied your copy. Do not send passwords, login codes, or full account records when reporting an issue. A screenshot of the relevant panel and a description of the problem are usually sufficient.
